What type of wood you use for manufacturing your furniture ?
We use TEAK or RUBBER WOOD & ISI WOODEN PLY BOARDS ,BLOCK BOARDS as our raw materials.These are then handcrafted & Polished / Varnished in our factory.

Can you make furniture according to our specifications or modify according to our requirements of size and finish ?
Our furniture is HANDCRAFTED , produced totally in our factory . There fore it is possible to manufacture or modify the furniture according to your requirements & budget.

Will the products you deliver look the same as the one in the showroom ?
Our products are manufactured according to HIGH STANDARDS & preset sizes in a self controlled factory. However wood is a natural raw material & has it's own properties.

Why are your prices so low ?
Since the overhead expenses are very less for example we dont have to give commissions to sales persons as this is totally self supervised co.. Moreover we buy raw material in bulk and keep the waist ages low hence control prices.

If all your products are made of the same material , why is there difference in prices ?
The variation of prices is based upon the design , finish of the furniture & the hardware used

What is your normal time of delivery ?
Depends upon your order, some products are simply off the shelf & are ready for delivery in 1-3 days while the made to order things can take 4-6 weeks time.

Do you deliver the furniture at home ?
We undertake delivery of furniture anywhere in India , cost insurance & freight extra.

Can you send someone to our house / office in order to assist us in our selection ?
We can send our representative to your house / office to measure your room and recommend the furniture that would suit in terms of size and design only after confirmation of the order (Facility available in gurgaon only).

Where is the furniture manufactured ?
Most of the furniture is manufactured at OUR WORKS PLACE IN GURGAON (HARIYANA).

Do you have beds with storage spaces ?
We do have practical and stylish storage options in all our Bedroom ranges.

Is the price of bed inclusive of mattress as well ?
NO, the prices does not include the cost of the mattress. However we do sell mattresses of reputed companies.

Do you provide fabrics for upholstery ?
We do have a wide variety of latest fabrics available at wholesale prices.

What type of wood is used in sofas ?
The framework of the sofa is made of HOLLOCK / MIRINDI / ASSAM TEAK Wood. The solid wood is dried & hence does not warp. All joints are flush joints & thick solid wood.

What type of foam is used in sofas etc ?
Feather foam / P.U. foam / latex of high density or good quality poly fill recron is used so that the sofa seats and back take their original shape as soon as load is removed.

What are TEAK / RUBBER WOOD VINNEARS ?
These are plain Ply Boards 3.5 mm or 4 mm thick made from stem or teak wood or rubber wood and bonded with resins and glues under high pressure.

How long would the furniture last ?
The furniture will last a life time so long as it is maintained well and not abused.

How to clean the wooden furniture ?
The furniture can be wiped with a clean cloth and if necessary applied with wax pole furniture polish to keep it clean and shining.
